Baseball Performance Training - In-Person & Online

At Lewis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, we help baseball players unlock their full potential through customized performance training. Whether you’re local to Point Pleasant, NJ or looking for a proven online program, we have options built to make you stronger, faster, and more durable.

In-Person Training (Point Pleasant, NJ)

Work one-on-one with Dr. Jeff Lewis, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS in a private setting where every session is tailored to your goals. Our in-person baseball performance training focuses on:

  • Discussing prior training history and injuries that have affected on-field performance and need to be addressed in your training program

  • True speed development through an emphasis on linear sprinting, running mechanics and change-of-direction (we don't waste time on ladder drills or fancy/"gimmick" exercises)

  • Supervised general strength program that emphasizes key movements, (squats, presses, pulls) to drive adaptation that will allow for enhanced on-field performance

  • Supplemental Arm Care & Mobility program

  • Comprehensive program that develops speed, power & strength that can be better utilized to enhance athleticism and on-field performance

  • Proper supervision to ensure both technical efficiency & safety for the athlete

Online Programming - Triple Threat System

Not local to Point Pleasant? Our Triple Threat System is an online training program for high school baseball players looking to take their athleticism to the next level and dominate on the field. This system is a 12-week program delivered through our custom training app that includes:

  • Total body strength training

  • Arm Care

  • Speed & power training

  • Ability to directly communicate with your coach for any questions or concerns

  • Access to custom app with videos & written description for EVERY exercise
