Dr. Jeff Lewis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of Lewis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in Point Pleasant, NJ. He specializes in helping baseball players—particularly pitchers—recover from arm injuries, restore performance, and return to throwing pain-free, while also working with active professionals who want to train hard, stay strong, and avoid chronic pain.
Jeff brings elite-level experience from working in Major League Baseball, previously serving as a physical therapist with the Houston Astros and New York Mets, including being part of a World Series–winning staff in 2022. In professional baseball, he worked hands-on with pitchers and position players managing shoulder and elbow injuries, building return-to-throw programs, and integrating rehab with high-performance strength and conditioning.
Today, Jeff applies the same pro-level, results-driven approach used in MLB to athletes and active adults alike—whether that’s a pitcher returning from an arm injury or a busy professional who wants to lift, run, and train without pain. His philosophy is simple: rehab doesn’t end when pain is gone—it ends when performance is restored.

Geri was introduced to the physical therapy profession through her parents who owned their own physical therapy practice for 20 years. As she grew up around this profession, it did not take her long to realize that physical therapy was her passion as well. Geri received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University in 2017. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from Sacred Heart University, earning the Gold Medal of Excellence. Before moving back to NJ, Geri worked at Houston Methodist's Orthopedic & Sports Medicine clinic in Houston, Texas.
After having her son in 2022 she quickly realized how much there is to learn to help keep expecting and new moms active and feeling their best. This inspired her to complete training to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Geri specializing in helping moms stay active and out of pain through pregnancy, prepare for labor and delivery, and recover stronger in postpartum & beyond.
