We are located at the Center Yoga Collective at the Ice House Studios in Harrisonburg VA. Limited Parking is available near the entrance of Rocktown Kitchen, and additional parking is located across the street near Turner Pavilion.

Enter through the elevator entrance next to Pale Fire Brewing and proceed to the second floor. Proceed straight down the hallway and the Center Yoga Collective is the first studio on the left.

Since Virginia is a Direct Access state, you can visit our office without a referral or prescription for physical therapy. This allows you to get immediate care without waiting days, or even weeks, to get in with your primary care physician and prevent an acute injury from becoming a chronic condition.

If you are experiencing pain, discomfort, or mobility issues, we encourage you to call our office immediately to discuss treatment approaches with a doctor of physical therapy and set up an initial evaluation.

At Journey Physical Therapy, we believe in a 1:1 treatment model to provide true preventative healthcare. Many patients find themselves in physical therapy only after they have sustained an injury, however, we believe in a holistic treatment approach that allows each individual to reach their goals and maintain sustainable results. Every treatment session is 1 hour and you can expect direct care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Additionally, after you achieve your physical therapy goals you will have access to an abundance of resources at the Center Yoga Collective to keep you at the top of your game (including yoga, pilates, personal training, and many other group and personal fitness options).

At Journey Physical Therapy we are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, the payments you make may be reimbursable by your insurance company under your out of network physical therapy benefits; the exact percentage depends upon your plan. We will assist you in every way possible, but due to the complex nature of insurance claims and reimbursement, I make no promises as to whether you will receive reimbursement.

Each plan of care will be individualized for you personal needs and goals, and therefore the total cost may vary for each individual. After your initial evaluation, your therapist will discuss the best treatment and pricing options.

At Journey Physical Therapy, we provide 1:1 individualized care that is tailored toward your personal needs and goals. During a visit in our office, you can expect hands on treatments to address the source of your problem. Additional modalities such as cupping, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, or taping may be incorporated as well to further accelerate your recovery. At Journey Physical Therapy you will never be scheduled with multiple therapists or left alone with a technician to perform simple exercises that you can do on your own at the gym.
